You choose the service, date and time with the booking button on the site, which only shows times that are really available, and say how you prefer to pay. As soon as the payment arrives I confirm the booking. On the day I come to your home, in Barreiro and the surrounding area, with everything the session needs.

Payment completes the booking. After choosing your time, you pick bank transfer, bank deposit or MB WAY and see the payment details straight away; I also email them to you. You have 24 hours to pay (or until two hours before the session, if it is sooner) and the time slot is held for you meanwhile. Once I confirm the money has arrived, you receive your booking confirmation.

You just need a quiet space and a massage table, bed or other comfortable surface. I bring the massage supplies.

Ideally at least a day ahead, to secure the time you prefer. When demand is higher, book a few days earlier.

No. Each session is designed to stand on its own, and relief is usually felt right afterwards. Coming back is your choice, whenever your body asks for it. After surgery, the pace follows your doctor’s instructions.
