Lymphatic drainage at home in Barreiro and Lisbon

It is a technique of very gentle, rhythmic movements that stimulates the lymphatic system and helps ease the feeling of heaviness, swelling and fluid retention. It does not work the deep muscles, so no strong pressure is used.

Because the lymphatic system is a circuit: draining in pieces doesn’t give the body what it needs. That is why each session is complete, 60 minutes of full-body work, and designed to stand on its own.

Lymphatic Drainage works the lymphatic system with gentle movements across the whole body, to reduce fluid retention and the feeling of heaviness. It is a treatment. Body Contouring Massage uses targeted, dynamic techniques focused on local circulation and tissue firmness in specific areas.

For recovery after surgery I have dedicated care, Post-Surgical Lymphatic Drainage, which I only begin with the authorisation of your doctor or surgeon.
